Qualstar is pleased to introduce our new, optimized Service Program that allows you to choose from three of our world-class service and support options. Available options are categorized by Standard, Preferred or Premium, and are tailored to meet the specific needs of your business.  
 

  • Qualstar Standard Supportincludes M-F 7am - 4pm PST phone and email support.
  • Qualstar Preferred Supportincludes M-F 7am - 4pm PST phone and email support, and advanced replacement with priority shipping.
  • Qualstar Premium Supportincludes advanced replacement, priority shipping and 7x24 phone support.
  • On-site 5x9 or 7x24 options are also available.
